2. No Employment Guarantee

GetInterview.io does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, or hiring success. Any examples, testimonials, reviews, usage statistics, success metrics, growth figures, or marketing claims displayed on the platform are illustrative, promotional, aggregated, estimated, or based on broader user activity involving AI-assisted job applications and career workflows. Such materials may not reflect the exact experience, outcomes, or results of every individual user. Individual outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, qualifications, recruiter preferences, experience, interview performance, and user effort.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and all activities occurring under their accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, scraping, excessive usage, or violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, users agree to recurring billing where applicable, that fees may change in the future, and that access may be limited based on subscription tier. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or adjustments at our sole discretion.

6. Usage Limits

Subscription plans may include usage limits including resume generations, interview prep documents, mock interviews, API access, or other quotas. Unused quotas do not necessarily roll over. Attempting to bypass limits through automation, concurrent abuse, account sharing, or technical manipulation may result in immediate suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, systems, AI workflows, designs, and proprietary logic remain the exclusive property of GetInterview.io. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, or unsuitable recommendations. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on generated content.

9. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, outages, delays, or technical interruptions. Features may be modified or removed without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetInterview.io shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, business losses, lost opportunities, employment outcomes, service interruptions, or any damages exceeding the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetInterview.io, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or third-party disputes.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for abuse, suspicious activity, legal risk, non-payment, or policy violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction determined by GetInterview.io.

14. Changes to Terms
